What's for dinner? Shrimp and scallops in a spinach cream sauce over penne pasta

Recipe:
1/2 pound shrimp
1/2 pound scallops
1 bag spinach
1 cup half and half
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Defrost shrimp and scallops in a glass bowl in the microwave.

In a large frying pan, add olive oil, shrimp, and 
scallops and all the seasonings.

Add spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.

Add butter. Stir.
Sprinkle flour. Stir.
Add half and half. Stir.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Let it simmer another 5 minutes.

In a large saucepan, boil 4 cups water.
Add 1/2 pound penne pasta.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Cook pasta until tender.
Drain in a colander.


Serve shrimp and scallops cream sauce over the penne pasta.
