Makeoverslife-Food: Tuna salad

Tuna salad is a weekly staple...makes a great snack with crackers or pretzels or a healthy lunch to go
6 OUNCES CAN OF TUNA.
1/3 RED PEPPER, FINELY CHOPPED.
1 CELERY STALK, FINELY CHOPPED.
¼ CUP BLACK OLIVES, CHOPPED.
¼ CUCUMBER, PEELED AND FINELY
     CHOPPED.
¼ TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER.
¼ TEASPOON ONION POWDER.
¼ TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING.
2 OUNCES CHEESE. EXAMPLES: FETA, CHEDDAR, PEPPER JACK.
JUICE FROM ½ LEMON.
2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE.

  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
